Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station
The Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station, an academic resource of The Claremont Colleges Services, is located on approximately 86 acres within the Claremont Colleges Campus in Claremont, CA. The habitat is primarily California sage scrub with live oak forest and grassland. In addition, an artificial lake with surrounding riparian woodland and several created vernal pools adds to habitat diversity.
